I am the secretary to the federal tenders board of the federal republic of Nigeria ,an organ charged with awarding contract for the federal government .recently ,the ajokuta steal complex which project was abandoned for the past years was revived and we were charged with the responsibility of awarding the contract to a well deserved foreign firm and this we have successfully done .
The SOL GAS of Russian was awarded the contract with a total cost of $5.4billion .but this contact was inflated to the tune of $4million hence the need to contact you .The federal government is about making the first part payment and the awarding committee has mandated me to source for a reliable person who we shall present as a sub-contractor to claim the inflated $40million on our behalf .All document and arrangement regarding this shall be taking care of on this side .What we need from you include the following (1)FULL NAME (2)PHONE AND FAX
(3 )LOCATION
(4)NATIONALITY Or provision of above ,we shall proceed and apply to the appropriate quarter for the transfer of the money into your account.we have agreed withing ourself to give you 30% for your assistance 10% mapped out for the expenses on either side and 60% for us. so if you are interested send your reply immediately to my e-mail and wait for further information .
