URGENT INVESTMENT SUGGESTION/PROPOSAL

I received your email contact through a private and dedicated search which I personally conducted using the internet resource and library of my office.

It is my sincere search to find a reliable, positive thinker and honest foreign national that has the business acumen, capability and great maturity and mature understanding to confidentially handle for mutual benefit a true, honest, legitimate and transparent investment opportunity covering a total sum of One Hundred and Seventy Five Million United States Dollars ($175,000,000.00) only for now.

SCOPE/ACTIVITIES

The contract project covers the installation of four (4 new petroleum pipeline systems (each covering over one kilometre (km), and one (1) Sub sea Power cable covering 2.8 kilometres (km). Note that 1000 metres is equal to one kilometre. So the length of the sub sea power cable in metres is 2,800 metres.

Below is the break down of the work executed on the site:

* One (1) new 35.4 km long 24"("= INCHES) onshore/offshore pipeline from Escravos gas Plant to single Point Mooring (SPM) bouy with accompanying installation of one (1) new single point mooring bouy/Pipeline End Manifold (PLEM) and associated Hoses, anchors, mooring hawsers etc.

* One (1) new 25.3 km long 24" onshore/offshore pipeline from Okan NAG Well Platform (NWP) to Escravos Gas plant with accompanying installation of one(1) onshore pig receiver and a sub sea piggable wye.

* One (1) new 6.5 km long offshore pipeline between existing Delta south Production Platform and existing Okan Gas Gathering Compressor Platform(GGCP).

* One (1) new 20 km long 10" offshore pipeline from Meji Gas Gathering Compressor platform to Okan Gas Gathering Compressor platform.

* One (1) new 2.8 km sub sea power cable installation from Okan Gas Gathering Compressor Platform (GGCP) to NAG Well Platform (NWP)

Please note:

All non-consumable pipeline materials including corrosion and weight coating(because of salt water in the sea), crossing mats, risers and platform clamps, SPM/PLEM valves, power cable, pig receiver and pggable wye were ALL sourced from various locations in the world and moved to the project site. The locations are Eleme, Eket, Ikot Abasi, Bayelsa and Bonny in Port Harcourt. The onshore installation of both 24"(24 inches) lines included a beach crossing and complete onshore burial extending to the CNL Escravos Gas Plant. The two lines were installed in a SINGLE 7 kilometre long onshore trench.
