Japan Nuclear Crisis part Japans fault

The current nuclear crisis in Japan is heartfelt around the world. The Japanese had one major flaw when building this facility though.

They should have NEVER built 6 reactors almost on top of each other. Now instead of one nuclear crisis they have 6 disasters to try and divert. It's not nothing new that earthquakes and tsunamis occur in this region of the world.

What would you say if I decided to built 6 nuclear reactors right next to each other along the California coast?

Most likely answer would be - Your an IDIOT.
