HELP. HELP. I NEED LIHEAP HELP.
I am freezing cold as I have no heat.
But I do have my smokes
my Jack Daniels
my Budweiser
my cat LucyBelle
my dog Toughenuff
my DirecTV
my FaceBook page
my cell phone

With all these neccesary expenses to survive I am left with no money to pay for my heating oil. Therefore I need help. Help from LIHEAP to give me money to pay for my heating oil. I know if I gave up the Marlboro smokes I could pay for my heating oil on my own, but why should I?
